Return and Refund Policy

All online order returns are eligible for store credit only. We have an 8-day return policy, which means you have 8 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment. Store credit only. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged and unused, with tags attached. The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items

  • Within 8 days after the delivery of your package

  • Gift cards

  • Because of the nature of pierced earrings, all earrings are final sale

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pmluxuryjewelry.com and include your order number. Our team will respond back to you within 1-3 business days.

All returns must be approved by our team before shipping them back to us. Please do not send your purchase back without approval. Non approved returns will be shipped back to the customer and a shipping fee will incur.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All damaged items must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving the items.

Variations in color due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting or photography do not qualify as damaged items. 

Orders cannot be canceled upon submission. A store credit will be issued.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All returnable items need to be:

  • In unused and resellable condition

  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued via email within 5 business days. Store credit does not expire.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our small business, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
